Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of furniture packs and use of interior design services from BoomHaus Studio Limited ("BoomHaus", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by BoomHaus. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We will not process your order or make any procurement until full payment has been received and cleared. We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards (via Stripe); BACS bank transfer.

All prices shown on our website exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate. Delivery is included for all addresses within the M25. For all other addresses, delivery charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout based on your location and pack specifications.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. BoomHaus does not store your card details.

2. Delivery and Lead Times

Our standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and supplier lead times. Lead times vary by pack and by the items within each pack; some items are available from stock whilst others have manufacturer lead times. Actual delivery may be longer. We will confirm your specific lead time within 24 hours of order placement.

Delivery dates are estimated and may be affected by circumstances outside our control including supplier delays, logistics disruptions, or property access issues. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access to your property on the agreed delivery and installation date. If access is not available, a rebooking fee may apply.

3. Installation

Installation is included in all furniture pack orders. Delivery is included for all addresses within the M25. For all other addresses, delivery charges will be estimated and displayed at checkout based on your location and pack specifications.

Our team will deliver, assemble, and style your property. You or an authorised representative must be present at the property during installation.

You are responsible for ensuring the property is ready to receive furniture, including clear access routes, completed flooring, and working utilities.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation before delivery

You may cancel your Order at any time before we confirm that your Goods have been dispatched. To cancel, contact hello@boomhaus.design with your order reference number.

Where we have already committed to purchasing items from suppliers on your behalf, cancellation fees may apply as follows:

Bespoke and custom orders

Orders for bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. We will notify you at the time of order if any items are bespoke.

Damaged or faulty goods

If any items arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or repair at no charge. Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on installed furniture packs. Please review your chosen pack carefully before ordering. Our team is available to answer questions prior to purchase.

5. Design Services

For interior design engagements (Hospitality and Residential services), the specific scope, fees, payment schedule, and deliverables will be set out in a separate written proposal. These Terms apply alongside that proposal.

Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless we are in material breach of our obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, specifications, and other creative materials produced by BoomHaus remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive a licence to use the designs for the specific property for which they were created.

7. Liability

BoomHaus's total liability to you in connection with any order or engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that order or engagement.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of rental income, loss of bookings, or loss of profit.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Superhost Audit

The Superhost Audit is provided free of charge as a lead generation tool. The analysis and recommendations provided are based on publicly available listing data and AI-generated insights. They are indicative only and do not constitute professional property, financial, or investment advice.

Revenue uplift projections are estimates based on market data and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
